■御廟橋 Gobyobashi Bridge
奥之院御廟へ向かう最後の橋です。御廟橋を渡った先は弘法大師御廟の霊域となり撮影禁止との事でした。
This is the last bridge on the way to Okunoin Gobyo.After crossing the Gobyobashi Bridge, it becomes the sanctuary of Kobo Daishi Gobyo Mausoleum, People get dressed and pray before crossing the bridge.
■玉川 Tamagawa River
霊峰楊柳山を源流とする清流です。水難事故で亡くなった方々の霊を鎮めるために卒塔婆が建てられています。弘法大師空海の玉川の魚の言い伝えでも知られています。
It is a clear stream that originates from sacred Mt. Yoryu. A sotoba is built to appease the souls of those who died in a drowning accident. It is also known for the legend of Kobo Daishi Kukai’s Tamagawa fish.
