Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is located across Nagano and Toyama prefectures, the central area of Japan. The route goes through over 3000 metres mountain ranges and can be approached from either Nagano side or Toyama side. You travel by various transports like an electric bus, a cable car, a rope way. The route is open from Mid-April to the end of November and closed in winter. Depending on the season, you can enjoy snow (the snow wall is a must see) or autumn leaves.
