We visited Europe’s largest waterfall – and felt like we were going to be sucked right into it as the nearest viewing platform is only a few metres away from the actual water coming down.
The Rhein falls in Switzerland is the largest waterfall in Europe and truly one of our favorite waterfalls we have ever seen because you can get almost literally stand at the bottom of the waterfall. We are not sure yet where our van life Europe vlog journey will take us after we finish our Switzerland travel, but we could really use your help in picking the next country to visit so let us know in the comments where you think we should go next!

Glad you made it to the Rheinfalls, you had some great footage. Don’t skip the western part of Switzerland. Your trip so far has taken you through the coldest part of Switzerland—the climate can be quite different around Murten, Neuchatel and Geneva. I still vote for the little town of Orbe and Vevey on Lake Geneva. I’m not up on the European Covid closures; that said I’m a big fan of Austria, especially the Tyrol and Salzkammergut regions, but that’s a colder clime again. My sister loves Portugal. I went to present day Croatia (Bled & Split) YEARS ago when I was in college and loved it. The Adriatic coast is beautiful with wonderful walled cities overlooking azure waters.

I would vote for Spain. The weather should be nice now and the virus should become more lower transmission capability under warm weather (I hope).

Het is zo leuk om jullie te volgen… deze zomer waren wij ook bij die waterval … en zijn we door Frankrijk Zwitserland Oostenrijk Hongarije naar Roemenië gereist.
En via Duitsland weer terug naar Nederland.
We hopen de Algarve in Portugal te bezoeken…. rijdend via de kust van België Frankrijk en Spanje naar het zuiden.
Bij jullie vandaan kan je via de prachtige Du Verdon (grand canyon van Frankrijk) richting het zonnige Portugal.
Tja de regeltjes wat betreft covid… jullie zijn hardstikke slim… zoals jullie via Polen naar Zwitserland zijn gekomen.
Succes…. rij gewoon dag bij dag steeds verder.

Hi Guys, I would recommend Austria and on your way through stop.in Lichtenstein. Both counties are very beautiful and very easy to travel.around.
I visited the Rhine Falls in late September and was able to take the boat ride. The spray drenched everyone on the boat. It was so spectacular from the water despite getting wet.
The lowe half of Germany could also be a possibility if covid restrictions allow?

I love Portugal! I’ve never seen Montenegro though and heard it’s nice.
Just stay in Switzerland for another week or so. Weather will be warmer every day. The forecast for Chur Graubünden this week is close to 20 degrees next monday and tuesday around 23 degrees. Springtime is back after some cold winterdays. Have fun.

Croatia is one of the most beautiful countries I’ve visited: Zagreb, Split & Dubrovnik…It’ll be a lovely drive!
Austria or Hungary
If Italy allows entry from Switzerland without quarantining, I'd recommend South Tyrol. You're now in Zurich, so it is not that far.
You can go via the only Swiss National Park, and Val Müstair afterwards. Those places are of outstanding natural beauty. And they are also interesting due to the Romansch language 🙂
Check these places in the area – Glorenza, Curon Venosta, then you go along the railway line, all the way from Mals to Meran and then Bozen. There will be plentiful castles and the mesmerizing Alpine views. And then you can always choose between going southwards to Lake Garda or just go to Austria. (Luckily, Germany just unbanned entry from Tyrol.)
Frankly, South Tyrol is my favourite place in the whole Europe. And it is missed by so many.
How about some lesser travelled countries such as Slovenia or Albania. You may have a few countries to get through to get there but I’d be very interested in any of the countries in that area! Really enjoying your Switzerland series. I hadn’t really thought about going there before I started watching your videos since I thought it was just too expensive and not that much to see aside from the Alps.
