Amazing!! Deep Fried Ice Cream | Thai Street food Bangkok, Thailand

Hello friends, in this video join me at Yaowarat to try out the amazing deep fried ice cream. This unique ice cream is deep-fried in oil, but still maintains in taste and flavour. The Ice cream is wrapped with smashed corn flakes, the frozen again for hours before it’s deep fried. Once served, the outer layer is crispy, while the inside is cold ice cream. The toppings include liquid chocolate, corn flakes and sugar/ candy flakes
Overall, the taste of deep-fried ice cream is a mixture of crunchy and creamy. I’d definately recommend that you try this dessert [Deep fried Ice cream] once you visit Yaowarat, Bangkok Thailand

DEEP FRIED ICE CREAM RECIPE
✅Ingredients
Vanilla Ice cream – 2 scoop
Corn flakes crushed – 1 cup
All-purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
✅Directions
1.Place parchment paper or foil paper on a plate
2.Scoop ice cream and place on plate. Pop in freezer for 2 hours or until solid.
3.Now make a thick batter by adding flour and water keep aside.
Crush corn flakes in blender.
4.Take out ice cream from freezer and roll in batter first and then in corn flakes. you have to work quickly; it can start melting.
5.Return to freezer for another 2 hours or until solid.
6.Heat oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
7.Once oil is hot, take ice cream balls from freezer and put in hot oil carefully and fry for 10-12 seconds.
8.Serve with whipped cream topping and chocolate sauce.
