Welcome to ParksCenter on WDWNT.TV! We’re back with more news and discussing the latest happenings in Disney Parks. Also, thanks for joining us live at our new time, 9pm ET!
Bob Chapek is out and Bob Iger is back! While this should be amazing news for Disney fans everywhere, what will it mean for the parks, and how soon will we start seeing some changes? We’ll discuss in our pressing issues segment.
In Parks news, the holidays are in full swing! Disneyland and Disney World are decorated and full of fun offerings. We’ll talk through some of our favorites that you won’t want to miss.
The biggest change since we’ve talked was the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which started on November 25th and will continue through the end of the year.
Also, while we were away, Magic Keys went back on sale again at Disneyland, and then sold out almost immediately.
At Disney World, we now have an idea of when we will see the return of the train, and the opening of Tron Lightcycle Run. We also look at an interesting change to Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT, and talk about the news that the trams might not be back for a while at EPCOT or Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
So much to cover, and we’ll pack it all into 90 minutes. You won’t want to miss this special episode of ParksCenter!

What would you like to see change in the parks now that Bob Iger is back?
FACT 1) Robert Iger is a conman & liar. FACT 2) Eisner & Iger had eliminated all top executive positions including President & COO – (and also pushed out qualified people like J. Rasulo, T. Staggs, P. Rice and more) – which left Bob Chapek to be the puppet and fall guy. FACT 3) In 2021, on a camera Yahoo Finance interview – Eisner had stated that HIS management still runs Disney. FACT 4) The board and Iger are corruptly incompetent for appointing unqualified Bob Chapek as CEO back in 2020. The entire board & Iger should be dismissed. Iger has no business coming back to claim he will now FIX things and find & train another CEO. FACT 5) I had sued Michael Eisner & Bob Iger, and I have publicly revealed their business tools which includes fraud, lies, deceit and malicious retaliation.
1. Condolences to OC School Principal's friends, family, and the staff and students of the school he oversaw.
2. Epcot used to be my favorite park until almost all the educational parts were taken out & the booze is everywhere. Feels more like a pub crawl than a family park. So many expletives too. One time, cast members wouldn't let me show up for my restaurant reservation until security came to handle the drunk that was taking all their attention.
The problem Disney is in are all due to Iger. Yes Chapek had the likability of a turd but he inherited the problems. Iger can be talking and smiling as sweet as he can but I don't expect any changes to be positive.
I didn’t renew my magic key because I couldn’t get reservations when I needed them and it made pointless. They said “no black out dates” but there were lots of them. It was bootsy
Loved Kamaila’s “I get nothing” comment about the $400 2 day park hoppers to DLR. I’m always on pins and needles about when (or if) the military discounts will be released every year can’t imagine paying full price!
Would love the original Soarin back at EPCOT. I can't with the bendy Effiel Tower.
Usually the individual who starts a wildfire doesn’t get the credit for putting it out they get a long jail sentence.
Supposedly with the Starcruiser having to use some points it ends costing more then just paying all cash so it’s not a discount at all.
The deficit is not caused by streaming, it is caused by the purchase of fox by Iger. Sure he is a likeable person but the reason Disney is in so much financial trouble is because of this acquisition. Josh needs to step up. In my opinion, the quality of Disney parks are not as great. The e ticket rides are not as impressive. Universal is stepping up, not only in its rides and attractions, but also in its themes. Epic universe looks so much better than the recent updates Disney has gone through. Avengers campus is such a let done! The Spider-Man ride is just a glorified screen based shooter. Universal has a better Spider-Man ride that existed for many years before! How do you want me to think Josh could be the next CEO if the parks, his main responsibility, has been going downhill in quality? How can he make decisions for entertainment if he can’t make the best decisions for the parks? I personally want a CEO who is a visionary and creative, just like Eisner. In order for Disney parks to evolve and retain that magic, we need that visionary who does not play safe, who pushes the boundaries and make better choices. Why have the same safe experience when you can make something that just blows everyone’s minds. That is why universal is doing so much better in my opinion. Epic Universe looks amazing. Still Disney is just revamping splash mountain and still hasn’t opened Tron. Even the guardians rollercoaster ride isn’t that impressive. Hagrid’s and velocicoaster rides are much better. I do not think Josh is the right person. The people behind Japans Disney and disney sea are better when is comes to the parks.
Rob….you are totally right. The best song for the vibe is tears for fears….September is right there coming up second. Possibly it swaps back on forth depending on your mood that day.
Hi Rob, I'm at Disney this week. And you are right, it is weird that everyone calls you "friend"
Great show! Keep it up
They are creating artificial demand for passes – similar to how they stopped selling VHS to make them sell more when they did offer them.
