I think @ the shrine, the writting on each gate translates to names of people who have donated for the shrine to be built. If iโm not mistaken haha ๐ love your videos!!

I heard that the bigger the torii gate, the bigger the donation they gave. Those written in Kanji are mostly names of the companies who made the donations. ๐

My kids and I went there about 6:30am and there were already some people. While we were walking up, there were a few people already finishing their hike up. ๐ I think we took quite a number of rests in between that some groups that started the same time as us, finished before us ๐ฎโ๐จ๐
