Kushikatsu is a deep-fried dish made with meat, fish, and vegetables as well as other ingredients placed on a thin bamboo skewer and deepened in batter.
We learned about the Kushiya Monogatori Restaurant in Rycom Mall, Okinawa and can’t wait to try it. The restaurant offers eat all you can meat, vegetables, and seafood that you have to dip in the batter then breadcrumbs then fry in the fryer at the middle of the table. Unlike other kushikatsu place that only offers one kind of sauce, Kushiya Monogatori offers various sauces like barbecue, spicy, sweet and white cheese. The white cheese is really good! Works with meat, seafood and vegetable who knew right? We love it!
The restaurant also offers other unlimited food items such as desserts, salad bar, pizza and pasta.
