I'm 41 and think I'll be gone by 50, but seeing a 74 yo couple running a restaurant by themselves.I feel that my spirit and morale are not as strong as theirs. Watching them work makes me rethink my life and build my mental strength again. Thank you for this amazing restaurant and the owners. Hyogo is my must visit city in Japan, so many good food, affordable price, and a relaxing atmosphere. Wish the grands who run the restaurant good health and good fortune.
Japanese restaurants cook Chinese meals are so different than an authentic Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 or in China 🇨🇳. You don’t find the type of food this chef cooks in his restaurant anywhere else. Only in Japan 🇯🇵!
It’s hard for this couple working in their own restaurant when they don’t have other employees helping them with servings, cleaning, cashier, taking orders, etc….
Another Blue Zone … who knew? lots of healthy veggies & white rice with bone broth… notice No sugar… no desert needed low BMI healthy aging !!! please be careful hot soup spilling !
