– English speaking? Perfect place to stroll and to talk with other foreigners. Half will be foreigners who are living there, 35% will be Japanese, and the rest will be strolling travellers. It’s not super authentic or local place, though you will fill the interesting authentic vibes from here as if you have known people there for awhile. Be open, I would say. Also, TACO is a must try at this place! Staffs are super friendly and the guests make up the rest, so try to be one of them!
