Tokyo Disney Resort is located right in front of JR Maihama station. It’s only 13 minutes by rapid train from Tokyo Station.

We went on the first day of Christmas. Was nice but busy. I like it more than Disneyland because Disneyland its the same like California or Florida.
You are right to say to don't go in the weekends. And yes it's half price than the Disney in US.
