We made it to Shiojiri and first meal, of course, is at the 300 people Yakiniku place!
I love Higashiyama Shokudo not only because of its atmosphere but because the meat is so good! I think that the thick slices make all the difference. I made it a point to go there first when I would come to Shiojiri again!
