Hike to Enryakuji temple on Mt. Hiei. Kyoto, Japan.🍁⛩🇯🇵☺️

I hiked mount Hiei in autumn leaves. Enryakuji Temple is located near the summit of Hieizan. Hiei is a mountain of faith, so I felt a mysterious power.
The autumn leaves were dyed in red and yellow and it was very beautiful and soothing.
If you can’t climb the mountain on your foot, you can still reach Enryakuji by bus, cable car, or ropeway. Mt. Hiei is located on the border of Kyoto and Shiga prefectures, so you can hike from Kyoto and descend to Shiga.
