Oirase-keiryu is a scenic mountain stream in Aomori Prefecture and is one of the major tourist attractions in Towada-Hachimantai National Park. It is a tributary of the Oirase River that starts from Nenokuchi at the shore of Lake Towada, a large dual-crater lake, and runs roughly 14 kilometers down to Mt. Yakeyama. It presents a dynamic landscape of ever-changing water flows running through a natural forest, which form a number of waterfalls of various sizes.
