I flew Delta’s brand new A330-900neo back from Salt Lake City to Paris in their much-hyped Delta One Suites. I was…not exactly blown away. Delta over-performs in some key areas which you should definitely pay attention to if they’re attractive to you. If I was just looking at the video without listening to your comments I would have thought you had a fantastic experience. I flew First on American few days ago from eze to Mia and Delta looks 100 times better than American Airlines. Personally I only care about the comfort of the seat. Eating prior to the flight at the delta sky club is plenty . Love Delta.
Great video as usual. Too bad the experience wasn't as nice as it should be, certainly in Delta One. This is disappointing, just as their changes in club access that was announced recently.

our Delta One experience was much better than this…and the food much better than our return on Air France, where our food was unidentifiable green glop.
I regularly fly KLM and Air France business class. I have also had the occasion of flying Delta One and could not agree more with Paul’s review. The food is absolute rubbish, the cabin crew is either poorly trained or undisciplined in providing service. Why fly Delta when there are so many better choices!
Delta was the worst flight I have ever had
I cannot speak on the food as I have no experience with it.
However, the IFE is supposed to be gate to gate, that’s how it works on all of our other aircraft except the B717. Maybe the aircraft has different software? I’m not sure what’s going on there.
I work for delta and clean these seats, we never have enough time or the tools to clean this properly
Delta is overrated, thanks for the video.
Personally I really enjoy Delta's domestic economy product as compared to United and American. Their Sky Clubs are just so good, too. I've also flown Delta One on the 757 between SFO and BOS and on the 767 from SFO-JFK. 2-2 on the 757 isn't that bad. Old 767 Delta One was garbage, glad they are retrofitting. Their premium product generally needs work as this video suggests.
Emirates economy looks 5x better 😂 especially good 😌

Can't wait for this is what I go to you to do a TA on United. I did that in October EWR to FCO. The food was so bad, I tried but could not deal with it. Not just dinner but the pre-arrival breakfast was sad. I think it's time to start flying a foreign carrier.
I fly Delta domestically 6-9x annually and have had very good experiences with crew and services. I’m taking my first ever business class flight with Delta One flight later this month to LHR, but it’s operated by Virgin. Hopefully things will be fine. Great video, as always.

Some business class r/t required almost one million miles for one ticket…
This is insane and I rather collect cash back from credit card better than chasing worthless mileage …
If one ticket required me to spend one millions dollars …
While cash back top credit card will give you 4% that mean 40000.00 cash back…

US airlines tend to underperform for every thing …. Asian airlines are the best . After flying Cathay for so many years I would never go near Delta or United .
If you call those food bad, then try United to see the worst food in the world!
