こないだカウンターに座ってずっと見ていたらいつもは手際の良いオヤジが珍しくミスってラーメン用の網を寸胴の中に落っことしてしまった。と、同時に目が合ってしまった。オヤジはニヤッと笑い、私は可笑しくて笑ってしまった。ほんと面白いオヤジなんだよ。町中華のオヤジに相応しい。
町中華なのに何と清潔な厨房・・・
学生の頃は、お店の近所に住んでた友達と通ったお店。懐かしい。当時は深夜も営業してて、真夜中に行ってました。ここの店の出身の人が荻窪にお店出してて、こちらにもたまにお邪魔したり。

I have been watching this channel for a week now. These chefs are very industrious and very dedicated to their craft. I give channel an excellent rating. I also like the ones where they pull they pull their equipment on the street, and assemble it, then cook in front of their customers.
