Jumeirah Beach Residence (usual short form “JBR”, Arabic: جميرا بيتش ريزيدنس) is a residential complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JBR is located in Dubai’s Dubai Marina district and consists of 36 residential towers on an area of 2 million square meters. It is thus the largest residential complex in the world and provides housing for a total of 10,000 people. JBR was built by “Dubai Properties” (part of “Dubai Holding”) starting in 2002 and opened in 2007. The cost of this project was 6 billion UAE dirhams.

Along the JBR is “The Walk”. On a stretch of 1.7 kilometers you can find a variety of restaurants, cafes and small stores.
