We stayed at Fufu Kyoto (ふふ 京都), a 40-room luxury ryokan/hotel hybrid that was newly opened in April 2021, and offers Onsen (hot springs) baths in every single room. This is a walkthrough of one of the Fufu Luxury Premium Suite (ふふラグジュアリープレミアムスイート) rooms that offers a generous 91m² of indoor living space.
Fufu Kyoto is located at the foot of Higashiyama, and is within walking distance of Nanzenji Temple, Eikando (Zenrin-ji) Temple, Heian Jingu Shrine and Philosopher’s Path, and is less than a 10-minute drive from Kiyomizu-dera, Kodaiji Temple, Yasaka Jinja Shrine and the Gion district.
