21 hours in Tokyo is definitely enough time to enjoy this concrete jungle of a city but a 21 hour layover is better than nothing! Jaycation starts off at the 9h Nine Hours Capsule Hotel in Shinjuku and quickly heads over to Harajuku for some shopping then down to Shibuya to dine at Katsu Midori Conveyor Belt Sushi Restaurant. Times running out and we head to Shibuya Crossing to the NEX Express at Shibuya Station to get to Narita Airport to catch a flight back home… All this in a DAY!
