I took a ride in Kofa national wildlife refuge to see if I could find skull rock, but I could not find it. At age 68 and live in full-time out of my jeep Cherokee XJ I love exploring places like this..

  1. Looks like a nice drive. Did you stop at Quechan Indian Reservation and Casino? I want to camp there and see what it's like.

  2. Honestly, if you couldn't find skull rock you probably shouldn't be going off road!
SR isn't a hidden petroglyph,it's literally on the main trail staring right at you.
    It's shown on Google maps!
That lack of direction and knowledge would definitely keep me from feeling safe with you out there.

  3. Hey John, I think you were on the right road, the skull is on the left side driving in. Most of the left eye socket has collapsed. Good work!

  4. Hope you find the skull on your next visit. I’m always amazed at the meals you make out there. šŸ‘

  5. Off roading like you do, do you have any trouble with flat tires. Those cacti needles look pretty sharp.

  6. Nice video John. My family and I are on our way to look for Apts in the White Mountains NH. Tonight we are camping in a cabelas parking lot šŸ˜† Arriving in NH tomorrow. Glad to leave NJ behind for good.

  7. Nice looking campspot. It sucks that there is no fishing, but at least you can have a beer. Stay away from those cactus,

  8. Love the videos John but a little jealous I'm here wearing sweaters and you're in a T-shirt
