It’s Day 6 of my Japan Trip and we’ve arrived in Kyoto (Day 1-5 Linked below) We spent the day visiting temples along the Philosopher’s Path.
We started our day at Ginkaku-ji (Silver Pavillion) and ended our temple hopping tour experiencing the night illumination at Kiyomizu-Dera.
We loved how each sight we visited was so different – constantly providing us with new things to experience and even more beautiful views. It was also a great learning experience for us as we got to know more about the origins of each place and the meaning behind all the temples that were built.
