I go to Ko Lan is one of the eastern seaboard island of Thailand. Ko Lan belongs to the Bang Lamung District of Chonburi Province. Lying about 7.5 kilometres off of Pattaya by a 45-minute ferry or 15 minutes by speed Boat ride, the Island measures 2 kilometres by 5 kilometres and offers several white sandy beaches. This island has many beautiful sand beaches. Ta Waen Beach is the most visited. Ta Waen Beach is in the northern part of the island. It is about 750 meters long sandy beach with great natural beauty. Because there is a clean white sand beach and clear blue water. Both ends of the beach also have coral reefs in shallow water with beautiful colors. There are lodgings and restaurants and also souvenir shops lined up along the beach. Many of foreign tourists and Thais are enjoy the beach activities such as banana boat ride and jet ski ride.

Getting there: Get off songthaew at the entrance of Pattaya Walking Street. It cost 10 bath. And 15 mins walk on Pattaya Walking Street to Laem Bali Hai Pier. And ride a ferry to Ko Lan. A ferry service departs Laem Bali Hai Pier to Ko Lan everyday. Departure time is from 7.00 a.m.- 6.30 p.m., while the arrival trips leave Ko Lan from 6.30 a.m.- 6.00 p.m. It costs 30 baht. There also are speed boats for 10 persons. It costs 150 – 300 baht per person.
