Hi, we are Stephen, Jess and little Hunter, a traveling family who spent 2020 self-converting a van before moving in full-time to drive around our home country of Australia. We have now completed our lap, said our goodbyes, and resumed full-time travel before we wait for our second baby to arrive.

We actually just missed you in Sydney by ONE day as we had just set off to do our own Australian road trip, thanks to your inspiration!! (Otherwise we would have been there in a heartbeat!!!) I remember you reflecting in one of your Aussie videos how Australia has some of the best beaches in the world. SO we decided to book a road trip to explore the Great Ocean Road, and boy were you right! We fell in LOVE with Australia as well as the van-life lifestyle.
I also just really wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU. After years of watching your videos, my fiancé and I decide to quiet our jobs and travel full-time in 2022. Since February, we’ve made it to nearly 30 countries, meet so many incredible people, gained wonderful new perspectives, and created countless memories that will last us a lifetime. As I write this, we have 2 days left in our full-time travel journey before going back home to Minnesota (USA). We are feeling so blessed and emotional by what a year we’ve had. And so truly, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for inspiring us to set off and have the best year of our lives because I honestly don’t think we would have done it without you.
It is so bittersweet because as we close this chapter, we are equally excited for the next as we are getting married in July and plan on starting our own family next year. I already can’t wait to read our little one your book. It will have such a special place in our hearts after this dream of a year we’ve just had. 💛 Getting a signed copy from you guys would mean the world as I’d love to give it to my soon-to-be-husband as a gift for when I find out I’m pregnant, fingers crossed this summer🤞. Hunter looked like she loved it, as well. She’s a real people person. A lot of kids would be shy, but she is right there with you meeting everyone. She’s a joy to watch!
There’s so many things I love about Cooper the Van series, but my favorite would be, seeing the wonderment in Hunter’s eyes at all the animals you saw along the way. Also, the camels on the beach was beautiful.
