I lived in Singapore for years as a child before moving to the US, and I still remember local favorites like Hainan Chicken, satay, roti prati, etc etc. My goodness, the food! Seeing Mikey Chen enjoy Singapore, it's just a match made in heaven. I love all-you-can-eat buffets. These buffets are just way above and beyond what you can find in the States, in terms of including authentic Chinese, Malaysian, Indian and other Southeast Asian foods. The freshness of the seafood as well. Chinese BBQ stalls, Indian ovens, etc. I need to go back for the food 😉
