Because of ankle pain, this was a short chill stream at Kita-Senju Station with some people watching and light exploration. Also rode the train back to Matsudo, where I live.

  1. If youโ€™re doing a ton of walking, you might want to look into foam rolling your leg muscles. I find that most injuries from walking/running are down to tight muscles pulling on tendons and throwing things out of whack. Keep the muscles loose. Hope you feel better quickly.
