Virtual travel to Reiki’s birthplace – Kurama, relaxation, sleep, tranquility, sacred, healing

Travel virtually to Kurama, the birthplace of Reiki!
Reiki is a renowned healing technique discovered by Mr. Mikao Usui. In early 1920s he underwent 21-day meditation exercise near a massive cedar tree in Mt. Kurama (Kyoto, Japan) and had a revelation about Reiki on the last day.

Besides being the sacred place of Reiki, Kurama is a sightseeing destination because of autumn colors in November. It made us feel so peaceful and relaxed just by walking in the beautiful mountain.

This video is recorded from my visit to Kurama on November 20, 2022.
– There is no narrative in this video. Just the travel video with a healing music.
– The video starts from walking up the stairs at the entrance of Kurama temple.
– Then we walk up the pathway to the main temple building.
– After going through the temple, we continue to walk up the stairs.
– Finally, we will arrive at an area where many roots of big trees are exposed. That is where Reiki was first discovered by Mr. Usui.
– A healing meditation music plays throughout the video for peace and tranquility.
