Cheap Private Room on Japan’s Overnight Sleeper Train Sunrise Izumo | Enjoying Sukiyaki Bento Part1

The Sunrise Izumo/Seto sleeper express is the only regularly scheduled overnight sleeper express train in Japan that runs on JR lines.
This video shows a 12-hour trip from Tokyo Station to Izumo City Station on the Sunrise Izumo.
The Sunrise Izumo and Seto will be separated at Okayama Station, with the Izumo going to Izumo City Station and the Seto going to Takamatsu Station.
Sunrise Izumo tickets can be reserved at JR ticket counters. The train I took was full. Reservations can be made up to a month in advance, so early reservations are recommended.
