The second city to visit on our “Andiamo Japan” trip was Kyoto. A mistake in planning the timing of our visits made that we couldn’t have time to visit the Arashiyama bamboo groove. The main event of the day was the visit to Kinkakuji (golden temple), the tea ceremony, and the evening in Gion area.
