Senbon torii is a thousand torii gates. It is located at Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto. It is very popular with tourists because there are so many torii gates. The torii gate continues from the shrine near the station all the way to the summit. Many people try to take pictures of only Senbon Torii, but it is difficult to take pictures near the shrine even early in the morning. Because there are many tourists from early morning. Therefore, I recommend the torii gate at the top of the mountain. It’s a low mountain, about 230m, so it’s a good hike and you can get the pictures you want. There will be fewer people in the early morning. The regular route to the summit is a round trip of stairs. I prefer taking a secret trail to the top of the mountain rather than going back and forth to see the same scenery. Because the bamboo forest is so beautiful. Jizo will also welcome you. The secret path is easy, but high heels and sandals are dangerous because it is a mountain trail. Fushimi Inari Taisha is a must-visit place in Kyoto. And the trail to mount Inari is beautiful.
