Recently I started up a weekly night ride sprint/interval training ride with some friends in the Nagoya area. This last week we had a really hard workout and decided to reward ourselves with some nice HOT Japanese Ramen at a local shop, Hongo Tei (本郷亭).

  1. Hello im from indonesia.. i really like your video, your life in japan, your knowledge about bike.. i really love this.. and maybe you can go to indonesia.. and do some trip with me.. haha ^_^

  2. Oden is a good after a workout too but the best is inoshishi (boar) tonjiru!
When I get ramen I skip most of the noodles and drink most of the broth. I’m not gluten intolerant but all that flour is a gut bomb.

  3. You have amazing Japanese and should make more videos about learning it. I've lived here a year and only have the N3 level. You're a inspiration to me to try harder and learn more!! Great video as always!!

  4. I loved the video. It’s amazing how you can leave your bike outside with no lock. If I did that where I live my bike would disappear in 10 seconds. Japan is a country I’ve always wanted to live in and you are a great inspiration. Keep the month of training videos coming up.

  5. 本郷亭のチャーシューが肉厚で美味しそうです👍

  6. Great to see you eating Japanese food rather than that Mc D rubbish. Your vlogs generally do well in promoting Japanese food ganbatte!

  7. Awesome 👏 I’m on lunch break eating Tex-Mex which is great 👍, but there ain’t nothin’ like Ramen in Japan 🇯🇵

  8. That my friend says a lot about Japan 🙂 no need to lock up your bikes, how cool is that!!! The food looks soooo good!!!!!

  9. Great video.
Getting a new bike and doing your first ride is the bomb…
….nothing better! I am over due. Looks like you have a
good training partner. I’m looking forward to your race!

  10. seems like a real cool dude. you are a good person and by the few videos ive watched you attract positivty to yourself.. good stuff!

  11. Good eve…I would like to inquire about the price of two wheel cruise jersey, shorts or bib, gloves and socks. I live here in Quezon City Philippines. Thanks much

  12. Ramens are the soul food in our country.
We glad to know that you love these noodles.
