Not worth the risk. Spend locally. Singapore is small but pretty sure not every Singaporean has visited every part of Singapore.

Btw, if you are on the lookout for interesting places in Singapore, you might want to look at some historic places such as WWII Bunkers, nature reserves, the southern islands and etc.
I find singapore is way enjoyable than HK
