  1. I would have been crazy over those chicken wings, they looked so good. Wish I could find chicken cooked that way here in the states.😋

  2. WOAH! Shinichi-san is so game to even try the pig's intestines. Honestly as a local, I have yet to cross the border to taste any organs. The unique smell and texture is really quite a challenge for me.
Oh ya, for those whom may be keen to know. There is a public library on the same level as this foodcourt too. It is newly opened in Jan 2019. Due to the low numbers of visitors to public library which are usually located in residential neighbourhood, so the government decides to bring the libraries nearer to where people usually frequent rather.

  3. It looked really nice, haven't tried intestines but will try if I get the opportunity.
    Thanks for the video!

  4. I LOVE this Singapore series so much. It would not have been the same without Jeanne 💗

  5. All looks wonderful. Would definitely love the prawn 🦐 based soup and chicken wings. Pastries look amazing as well as well as the soy based soup 🍜

  6. Coincidentally, I had the chicken wings at the same stall today. Those are some of the worse bbq wings I had in my life. Those wings were dry as hell, chilli sauce doesn’t taste right. The lime sauce tasted like lime concentrate, that’s cheap. they should provide real lime for you to squeeze on top of the wings! Any bbq wings from any hawker centres taste way better better. You should give it a try again from other places like chomp chomp, east coast lagoon, Changi Village hawker centres, just naming a few. Your mind will definitely be blown away!

  7. Playing in the wading pool lot It reminded me of India in water park where school group were dancing with water shooting up,& couldn't help but join them.My Gosh you ate so much in Singapore looks enticing. You will be returning to Singapore whilst still showing these videos.I hope Lawrence is ok,so much drama in Hk&talk of accepting in Australia if people are concerned.Im putting on weight watching. Thanks guys

  8. You should discover more than chinese food in Singapore. And also enjoy the lovely multiculture they have ❤️

  9. Regardless of what food is being showcased this is gonna be my uniformed comment moving forward ,,,,,,yummm 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

  10. You gotta try BBQ stringray with sambal 😀 There's dried version of prawn noodles with pork ribs too. They will provide the soup separately and the prawn taste will be more intense. There's a very famous prawn noodle shop in Bugis called Blanco Court Prawn Mee at Beach Road.

  11. The butterfly bread looks a little like Yo Tiao, but better. And that wonton skin soup sounds yummy! It's like Taiwanese beef noodle soup with all those spices. Chicken Wings for dessert? Perfect!

  12. So good to know u enjoyed our Singapore food.

The Kway Chap u had is actually flat rice noodles. The soup consist of soy sauce and Chinese 5 spices. Ermm.. u ate the braised intestines with the wrong chilli. U should eat it with the chilli sauce with vinegar (to get rid of the gaminess of the innards).

The butterfly ⁴fried donut is fried in coconut oil. So sad u didn't order "Hum Jin Pang" (from the same stall), both the sweet and savoury ones. That's our uber famous local fried donuts!

U should have ordered the "Thunder Tea Rice" too cos that's famous in that food court. Same goes for the curry chicken. Though it's a pity u didn't ordered the "right" dishes, I'm glad u still enjoyed what you've ordered.

I hope u enjoy more yummy foods in Singapore and have lotsa fun here! ❤️

  13. IMHO.. this was your best clip.
I was able to easily understand everything.
You and Jean make perfect hosts for Tabi-Eats.
We visited Singapore in 1981 and it sure has changed !!!
Looking forward to more of your tour of Singapore !!!

  14. If you like prawn noodles I’d recommend a few:
    (1) Blanco Court prawn noodles located along Beach Road
    (2) Fresh taste big prawn noodles at Zion road food centre
    (3) Wah kee prawn noodles at Cambridge road
    This is a well-compiled list: https://danielfooddiary.com/2019/05/16/prawnnoodles/
There are some others such as joo Chiat prawn mee or jalan sultan but they are a little out of the way.

Would also say that you should go to old airport road hawker centre as they have the best collection of “famous” hawker dishes imho.

You should definitely seek out bakchormee as well and a really good one to try would be McPherson minced meat noodles located in a coffee shop along Serangoon road (open in the mornings until 1pm). There’s also the famous Tai Hwa but the queue would stretch for about an hour.

    Enjoy SG!

  15. May I suggest Pasir Panjang hawker centre for BBQ dinner. You can get BBQ chix wings, satays, seafood dishes, beer, etc in this hawker centre. It is very close to Vivocity and can be reached via mrt. That place is very crowded at night though, try to be there before 7pm.

  16. Jean is very sweet the way she explains the food descriptions ☺️ I was hoping Satoshi would join in the video too

  17. You go to the right place for food and lots of nice healthy foods fresh fruits and vegetables any foods you choose from the best foods in the world you will enjoy your holiday there thank you

  18. Since Singapore is a multi racial country u should try the Malay & Indian food too & not only the Chinese food
