Our Japan Trip wasn’t quite over yet, as I continued a solo trip to Lake Kawaguchiko at the foot of Mount Fuji. The resort town is located a few hours outside of Tokyo. It took me an overall 4 hours to get there by 4 trains. The Autumn Colors were in full peak with spots of red and orange peaking in through the forests around the lake. But most importantly, there were some beautiful Fuji views from all around the lake. I spent the whole time walking around the lake, taking pictures, videos and flying my drone. At sunset I found a really nice spot next to a Momiji (=Japanese maple leaf) tree to take some nice pictures.
The next morning, I got up early to shoot some sunrise, unfortunately the clouds were covering the mountain and I couldn’t see it at all. However it was still a nice and calm morning.
