Onsen Ryokan Tour, A traditional Japanese hot spring inn.

I stayed at my favorite hot spring inn. This is “Yamadaya Onsen Ryokan” in Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture.

This is an inn that has been taken care of many times. There are 6 rooms in total, but the one we stayed in this time, “Yamaboshi”, is a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats. However, it is a wonderful room with a semi-open-air bath when you go down the stairs in the room.

The hot spring in the room is a wonderful space where Naminami hot spring is poured into the bath made of pottery and stones are spread all around. The wind that blows from the window occasionally feels good … ♡

In addition, this room has a box steam bath. After turning on the switch, it will warm up for a while, so just like a sauna, warm your body in the bathtub and wipe off the water before entering! Only the face can be taken out, but this is also a surreal picture. I feel like everything was coming out of my pores as it slowly steamed.

The hot spring and steam bath are in the room, and it is a nice point that you can soak as much as you want.

Of course I love hot springs, but it’s no exaggeration to say that Yamadaya Onsen Ryokan’s number one recommendation is the food. Both dinner and breakfast are sparkling and entertaining, and the taste, color, and beauty are perfect.
