Today we are off on another Laos adventure! We’ve rented the most adorable and handy little electric car (Wuling Mini EV) to take us around the outskirts of Luang Prabang, here in Laos. In the last video, we strolled around the beautiful city centre of Luang Prabang, Lao (which, by the way, is a UNESCO world heritage site), ate some local Lao food, and enjoyed the most exquisite views!

Whilst we were walking around the city we were asked about 1000 times if we wanted a tuk-tuk ride to Kuang Si Waterfall – a popular spot just on the outskirts of Luang Prabang. What better way to get to it, than in an adorable, mini, mint-green e-car that we aptly named Mikey the Macaron. Obviously though, we can’t go too far without fuelling up on some more delicious Lao food and coffee!

  1. Loving the incorporation of the 360 cam. That spin on the dash was nice. 🙂 I just got the insta I-inch. Hopefully its worth it lol. Keep up the great vids, love watching you guys!

  2. Wow, lovely waterfalls! And a really cute Mikey! 👍 Oh, there was a number plate, with registration number 2PASSPORTS! 🤣

  3. love the car, what fun. Curious about using your drone, you seem to use it everywhere. Have you ever had any issues with authorities ect. I plan on bringing mine with me . Also sad to see you are glossing over Laos. By taking the train you are missing out on some magical areas in the mid section. Have fun travel safe.

  4. Cute little vehicle. Do you know where it was made? The waterfall is BEAUTIFUL. Lucky you, you got a chance to swim. Looking forward to seeing more videos. I love being on the go from place to place. Thank you

  5. Was the eVisa/VOA easy in Laos? Looks like they required an App for awhile but you guys seem real stress free!!

  6. At Luang Pra Bang, there is a museum, which is located of Pra Bang. Pra Bang is a buddha, related to J-Buddha in Thailand like sibling buddha. Another place that you have to visit is Wat Chieng Thong, Lanna architecture temple. In the morning, there are hundred mongs walk for people offer food, this is a good activity. At Vien-Tien, there is a temple that J-Buddha used to be there in 200 more years.
If you go back from Lao from Vien Tien border to Nong Kai province, do not miss to try “Nam-Nuang”, “ Khai-Ka-Ta” (morning food).

  7. Absolutely love bananas. Excellent little car. Lunch looked yummy. I can hear the waterfall. Amazing waterfall. I would have gone swimming too;. Such a peaceful and excellent video and excellent job.

  8. Looks like they scared the bread by waving it over the toaster as its whiter than white 😁 … when you said they have our passports i kind of blinked you as seasoned travellers I would have expected you to know not to leave your passports with anyone especially as you are in what is still a communist country and could face severe penalties if stopped and dont have proper ID with you !

  9. Never give your passport to anyone. I laminate the opening passport page so I have a card with front and back on the card and give that to them . As someone once said “ oh, a shadow of your passport ” Well put. I’ve used it for hotels, banks etc

  10. สวยงามครับ หลวงพระบาง เที่ยวให้สนุกครับทั้งคู่

  14. lol I also hate corriander , I get a gag reflex when ever I taste corriander in food. My mom loves the stuff , she always adds it into the Biryani whenever she cooks.

  15. Wow a lot more people than when I was there in 2016. Really nice waterfall so beautiful I got bit few times by the little fish 😅

  16. Fantastic videos from Luang Prabang, guys 🙂 My husband and I will be there in a couple of weeks' time, can't wait. I just wanted to ask – if you go swimming at Kuangsi, are there facilities (changing rooms or bathrooms or whatever)? And do you need to wear swimshoes or similar in the falls? Cheers and happy travels!

  17. Hey I plan to travel and stay in Da Nang, Vietnam for at least a year, what camera(s) do you guys use to vlog during your travels? I just got a Sony ZV-1 and gimbal but I notices you guys have a gopro looking device as well as a camera.
    Thanks!

  18. I enjoyed swimming at those waterfalls sooo much. So refreshing. Even received a free foot treatment. Did your feet get nibbled on by the little fish too? 😂
