That’s really clever prep, and the customers are awed when they lift the chawan… the food looks delicious! The owners are really generous with the ingredients 😋Also, I love when a restaurant is run by a husband and wife. It’s really hard work. But if they’re selling well and their business is long lasting, it means they truly love each other and what they do. I’d gladly stand in line to taste that fried rice, yum!😆

They really know how to make the best friend rice. The rice texture must have be dry not sticky. So when it's done, the fried rice have the best texture
