I went the sunrise hiking in early November 2022. The sunrise I saw at Takatori Shrine at the top of the mountain was so beautiful that it was worth getting up early. The shrine, the summit, the sea below, the sunrise, there was amazing. There are probably a number of elderly people in the neighborhood who hike every day, and I was reminded that good health is based on continuation. The autumn leaves had not started yet, but I was happy to find a piece of autumn leaves.
