  1. Canada's version of the Bavarian architecture in Germany. Amped up & precious! Luv it!

  2. These houses remind me me of Savannah and Tybee, yeah. The older homes in Sav have to go buy a certain code and have to be painted in her historical colours. The ones on Tybee Island have beach colours. I think they are all pastel. Any way. Thanks for showing! Pretty interesting!!!

  3. Awesome. Would be a lot of upkeep to maintain kudos to those who live in these awesome gingerbread houses. Nice explore.

  4. Those houses are so neat and beautiful. That is such a nice Gingerbread Community! I like how they each have their own different pastel colors. So cool. Thanks for the great find Terry. Would be so neat for us to see that in person, like you did. Thanks for bringing us along on this explore/find! Stay safe and have a great day Terry!👍😎💯

  5. In historic Annapolis, Maryland (USA) there is an entire block of gingerbreads lovingly known as the 'Painted Ladies'. Nicely done Terry! 🌴🇺🇸

  6. Buildings reminded me of an amusement park. Sure I'd li've in them. Where abouts is Grimsby? So cool. This is something you don't see everyday. Wow! Cute. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.

  7. This would put a smile on my face every day. Smile and the whole world smiles with you. Kudos to them!

  8. I've never seen anything like this before. It's so awesome!! I would love to be in a community like that. How could you not be happy there. Love it!! I can't even try to pick a favorite. Every single one has so much detail and so much work put into them.

  9. WOW!!! So freaking beautiful ❤️ New Orleans has a community like this. I can't pick cause I love them all.

  10. It's small (compact) colorful and playful. I can see why you call it a gingerbread house..I'd like to see inside someday such beauty. Thanks for the tour

  11. Reminds me a little of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory with the bright colors and whimsical decor. I would TOTALLY live in one!:Hard to pick a favorite. I love COLOR and this would be a dream community to live in! So much better than the boring tan and gray most homes are now, especially in cookie cutter neighborhoods where they all look alike. It would be fun to decorate the interiors of these places to coordinate with the outside…retro-funky.

  12. The Gingerbread Community looks like it's a closely knit neighborhood. Every houses are unique and beautiful in it's own special kind of way. The houses are painted in different shades of color, some are in psychedelic colors that reminded baby boomers of those peace loving hippies in the 60's era. Some of the houses are just separated by arm's length, making it dangerous when fire breaks out. Strangely, there was not a glimpsed of people walking around within the vicinity of the community. No sign of any kids around nor dogs and cats to be seen. It looks like a dead place while the shots were taken. Possibly, it could be full of people during other period in time.

Just too bad Terry was not invited to one of the houses to see what's the inside of the house looks like, whether it has a modern, contemporary concept. What are the occupation of the residents? The place seems isolated. Are they working in the city? In some countries, villagers are occupied by the elderly, as the youngsters left for greener pastures, literary speaking, looking for jobs in the city. Nevertheless, it's a beautiful place to visit, but to me, calling it home is another story. Thanks Terry.
