If you want luxury, you must stay at The Leela Palace in New Delhi. We usually try to budget travel as much as possible, but after six weeks of traveling, we decided to splurge. From the airport pick-up to the food to the friendly staff, we felt thoroughly pampered. We enjoyed the buffets, the pool, and the weight room. Kelly was looking forward to the spa, but it was booked upโ€ฆnext time (because all of the options looked amazing)! If you travel to India with or without your family, you should treat yourself to The Leela Palace. If you live in India, this is a great place for a staycation! We are the Bags Packed Family: Jonathan and Kelly with our three children. We sold our home in Alaska, USA, eight years ago, and headed overseas. We are teachers and found fantastic teaching positions in India. Two years later, we moved to the United Arab Emirates. Three years after that, during the beginning of the pandemic, we made the move to our current teaching jobs in Indonesia. We love traveling and finding adventures as a family. I saw your nepal videos. Pls visit Uttrakhand North India. There are may places which you can explore and enjoy the beauty of nature.
