Howdy Mrs. Jeanie and hubby. Yall make me want to go see some cool things and stuff my face with awesome food. Keep it up guys! Thank you for sharing these spots with us.
I’m always struggling to come up with ideas of what to do around town and in the mountains.
Even after being in Denver over a year. Your videos have been some of the best for giving me ideas. I like the day trip style videos.
Also if you like sushi and haven’t tried temaki den, highly recommend. I prefer it over uchi and matsuhisa’s sushi. It’s under the same ownership as sushi den and izakaya den. To my understanding 2 brothers own the restaurants. One lives in Japan and sends fresh fish daily and the other manages the restaurants here in town. Also, blue island oyster bar always has amazing oysters! Definitely gonna try the seafood place y’all went to
check out meow wolf next time you're in Denver
I remember Union Station there! Such a beautiful place! A champagne bar?! I need to try one of those places!! 😅 yum! 😋💕 The Hotel you stayed in looks really cool!!
Good
Jeanie did you take the drown footage at the beginning of this video?
Thank you for sharing this video. You're very lovely to watch. Though I need to ask
What bag did you use for this trip?
Have you tried using a duffle bag for your travel? I recommend using the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane.
I've been using this bag for months now and it is such a hack.
I tried using packing cubes and they are amazing but now I switched to a duffle bag.
Tried Nomad Lane's Bento bag and it's a good choice.
Jeanie Marie: As always, you gave a superb performance in this enlightening expose of downtown Denver. You covered the best of the best while totally avoiding the ugly underbelly of the vile homeless encampments. KUDOS! WELL DONE!…I kinda missed seeing Ozzy in this one. But thinking about it, I'm sure he would have had his "fluff" instantly electrified & standing-on-end had you taken him inside the Marquis club while that band was blasting away!🙀🤣🤣🤣…By the way, where was Ozzy spending his time while you were shooting in downtown Denver? Is he visibly "happy" when you & Vince rejoin him?🤔
I'm curious.. How would the people of Denver feel if the Mayor had told people that she was going to help the children by teaching them life skills and job training then took them out on the streets and told them that when the light turns red they need to run up and start washing the windshield? Seriously. I live in a city where this really happened. Just wondering if people there would not expect more from a Mayor
Great info, maybe add ease of parking/cost when showcasing….11:31 random background guy's beard though!! lol….Would also be interested in a shot of the menu when you eat out so we can see if its actually affordable for some.
When I was a kid you’re chances of being mugged near union station were pretty high
I lived in between Denver and Co Springs for a couple years and Snooze, Early Bird Restaurant at the Landmark (in DTC), and Illegal Pete’s are 100% my favorite food stops. And of course, Insomnia Cookies. Soooooo good! I seriously miss living in Colorado so much but moved for a different job.
Visited Denver in August for a possible relocation scouting mission & happened to go to the same Snooze & Water Grill as well as the Capital Hill District & Union Station. I echo all your sentiments about the location. Fell in love with the area from the moment I arrived & am moving there in April. Appreciate the post & will be subscribing for more Colorado content. Thank you!
Why didn't you show the real denver? It seems like everywhere you go the homeless people on every corner! Tent cities on every street. Denver is gross and the democrats have ruined my state!
Hahahaha, you don’t live here. Denver is a cesspool and downtown Denver is full of crackheads and homeless camps. Union Station is almost always full of junkies shooting up drugs in broad daylight. Pathetic 🤮🤬
Lived in Denver my whole life and learned things watching this – thanks!
How many meters is it to drive to Denver?
I'm a fourth generation Denver native and proud to be! I've seen many changes in my 50 years but still like to explore all the new restaurants and bars. I live in Capitol Hill and work downtown Denver. I've heard of all the places you went to but hadn't seen them up close but now I'm definitely going to check them out! So thank you for doing the footwork!! 😊. You have just the perfect demeanor and are such a well-spoken young lady. Look forward to seeing more of your content and happy to follow you ☺️
Cool hotel… Noted for my next visit to Denver!

@jeanie marie my wife and I went to the Van Gough exhibit this past weekend thank you so much for the idea !!
I've been in Denver 25years and have seen lots of changes, mostly for the better. The only problem I have now is places like the 16th Street Mall have become havens for raucous panhandlers. But when I consider the history that goes way before me, it kind of always has been that way. It's just very pronounced now. Other than I think it's a very cool city.
