    We booked it through Expedia, so we paid for everything up front, though I believe we paid around $500 NZD for seven nights.

    Haha,I forgot how small those rooms there are.I spent 2 days at that motel & could not stand any longer.The toilet was like 2/3rd's the size of what i'm used to in Australia,my head was hitting the roof when taking a shower & my shins were all banged up from the farking bed.I had to side shuffle my way around it lol.Thank god for the vending machine on each floor with alcoholic beverages.Oh,the place reeks of cigarette smoke too & had gone through the air conditioner,in my room at least.
