I mean Aunt Stella's cookies are delicious. If it's all you can eat and drink for a thousand yen, that's pretty good. If it were near my house, I'd definitely go there.
you should check out Miyachi's music channel as well (the host of Konbini Confessions) he's an interesting guy.
From my experience of riding a bicycle almost everyday in Kyoto for a year: moms on mamachari think they are immortal (powering full speed through intersections with stop signs), nobody rides on the left side of the street, cycle lanes are for walking, pedestrian lanes are for cycling, cutting through right corners when doing right turns is somehow a thing (many many times I almost crashed into someone just appearing in front of me like that). You better have good breaks, be super vigilant, and get a bicycle insurance.
Also it gets really really annoying, and dangerous, how cyclists roll fairly high speed through crowded sidewalks.
