This will be a fun episode – for sure! We’ll take a boat from Momochihama across Hakata Bay to Uminonakamichi. From there, it’s just a short walk to Fukuoka City’s newest leisure destination, “Inn The Park Fukuoka,” the glamping and dining facility inside Uminonakamichi Kaihin Park’s new “Light and Wind Square” zone – just in time for the start of the 2-day “New Weekend” event, a food and market event with stalls offering special dishes, natural wines, sake, coffee, sweets, etc., as well as outdoor goods, interior, sundries, bonsai, books, portable bicycles, and more. We’ll also show you other nearby attractions, including the athletic park and horseback riding.

Decided to comment here immediately instead of live chatting 😉. It was a lovely livestream as always… arigatougozaimasu Nick & Emiko-san 👋🏽👋🏽 hope to see you on the 28th.
Thanks Nick and Emiko. Thank you for the excellent stream. I clipped some screen shots and shared it with many friends here in the U.S. and in Asia. A friend in Oregon who produces camping yurts for events and Glamping and is into organic farming was very surprised and enjoined your video as well. I especially enjoyed meeting the folks at the riding stable Very much like something you would find in Oregon or California, but more friendly and impeccable.
I just added chapters – so you can fast forward to the bits you want to see. Open up the "video description" to get them. (Don't miss the scene with the horses at 1:12:20 !
若かった頃を思い出します。志賀島には博多港から納涼船で…。百道の海水浴場にもよく行ったものです。
Now seems to be the best time to go, so I checked out Inn the Park online, and… Holy moly the glamping here is expensive. I never imagined a two day stay could cost over 100,000 yen anywhere except for the swankiest of hotels. I suppose weekends during the current season are when demand is highest.
Special Guest: Tokyo Explorer will visit you? Or Lemi from Japan? (^_^)
