An interesting day of traveling in Japan by bullet train, from the city of Sendai on Honshu island to the smaller city of Muroran on Hokkaido island.

should have spent more time in Sendai
Gabriel you should definitely consider continuing north or east of Sapporo! Most people come to Hokkaido and ignore the beautiful places like Asahikawa, Furano, Sounkyo, Nemuro… they are some of the least expensive but most beautiful places in Japan and you are on their doorstep.
I like how you figure it out without getting frustrated 😀😎👍kudos to you Gabriel! ❤
Man, I wish I could eat that kind of food every day. I'm sure I'd get a lot older in Nihon.
That Seat details. The Japanese are very specific in terms of details in terms of everything
Gabriel you’ve told this story in a previous video about the guy trying to tell you about the difference in tickets, these bullet trains must be affecting your equilibrium 😂😂😂
very old shirt still in use??
So, food & drinks, in Japan, are not really expensive ?
Wow! That’s almost like Delhi to Varanasi in two & a bit hours. 😂
Love it, is this the part of Japan that gets the heavy snow?
Harald baldr copycat
So good to watch. Amazed by the bullet train. 😲👍😊🇮🇪🇯🇵
Hi Gabe: Excellent video! Japan has always been on my wish list for travel. the whole country is so clean and organized. By the way, you were off on your calculations regarding the price of petrol. If the cost is $1.75 per liter, the price per gallon is approx. $6.5, not $4.5.
Factoid from the internet: Shinkansen bullet trains are the fastest and most convenient way of discovering Japan. The Japan Rail (JR) network is extensive and the trains reach a top speed of 320 km/h (199mp/h).
I'll be arriving in Tokyo on 11/29/22…..I cannot wait!!
Dang that meal looked good af
Not many people know, but most “Indian” restaurants in Japan are owned by Nepalis people. I guess it’s like in the U.K., where most Indian restaurants are owned by Bangladeshis.
Love how you go where most men have not gone before. Rural places.
Thanks Garbriel, planning a trip to Hokkaido mid next year with GF (currently live in Thailand) Want to experience the Shinkansen so likely fly to Tokyo from Bangkok, then fly either to Sapporo or Hakodate, and use the bullet train to either 2nd city respectively where we end up first. You have me a taste of a place I think I'll love.
Gabe I noticed sometimes you are a little unsure if a train will be high speed or not and if you see on your ticket the word “Shinkansen” or in the stations signs that say “Shinkansen gates” you will know for sure they are the famous bullet trains!
Btw Sapporo is one of my favorite Asian beers!!! Very crisp and refreshing and you can tell it is good quality unlike some cheaper ones like in in Thailand that tastes like watered down hopp
Can add a bit of information on Sim cards and mobile wifi with you phone would be great. Heading over in February will definitely be following some of your footsteps
I wonder if that bullet train was a maglev train which employ intense magnetic fields to float the train above the track and propel it forward at speeds reaching up to 600 kilometres per hour.
I like your Japan travel series. It is awesome.
You've spent a small fortune and haven't really done anything so far apart from sitting on train's. Can't say I'm very impressed with what I've seen of Japan from your videos 🤔
😊
旅行してる気分になれて面白かった
I see quite a bit of masks being worn!
Oh man, it's so nice to see Sendai! I used to live and work right downtown, within a 5 or 10 minute walk to Sendai station, and the bar district. It was fun!😁 Your footage of Sendai brought back a flood of memories! Thanks!😊
We have Saporo beer in the US, but it is made in 🇨🇦 Canada🍁
Your videos are always so informative and enlightening! I would not have guessed that Japan was so reasonably priced for travelers.
Also nice to see NO GRAFFITI anywhere!
if you are in the Sendai area you should try reaching out to @abroadinjapan @chrisbroad for a collaboration, it sure would be interesting to see the difference in humor
Was hoping you would stop by Akita and Aomori before going to Hokkaido
Hi Gabriel. I hope your trip goes safely. We are enjoying your videos. All the best from central Florida x ♥️
