To make potato ravioli with tomato sauce, you’ll need
100g flour
2 eggs
200g potatoes
30g parmesan
5 fresh tomatoes
1 whole garlic
½ cup white wine
Chopped parsley
Basil
Rosemary
Nutmeg
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
