I visited the Marinepia Nihonkai aquarium in Niigata.🐠
Here is what makes this aquarium special:
😊It is much less crowded than other aquariums (from my experience).
😊The explanations are very detailed (unfortunately, only in Japanese), but the brochures are available in 6 languages.
😊You can see dolphins and penguins up close.🐬🐧
I was able to get a seat and watch the dolphin show without waiting in line.👍
It is easy to get a seat in the “splash zone” (the front row, where you can get wet)!
If you come to Niigata, make sure to stop by!
