Japan, Part One — Aomori City

Japan is my favorite place on the planet and I recently got to spend a week there as a guest of the Japan National Tourism Organization, and here’s what happened. This is our first stop, Aomori City. I managed to dip my toes into a “thousand person bath”, eat apples in multiple ways, and even threw in a 5.9 earthquake for good measure.
