Have you ever heard of Hachiko? 🐶❤️ Arguably the world’s most loyal dog, this Akita Inu was even honoured with his own bronze statue next to Shibuya Train Station in Tokyo.
Hachiko used to wait to meet his master at Shibuya Station every afternoon. One day, in 1925, his master never returned (having tragically passed away). Proving his undying loyalty to his master, Hachiko went on to wait for his return in the same location every single day for a further 10 years! The statue of Hachiko is now a popular meeting spot.
