Great video. One of the hardest parts of travel is trying to figure out a new city after a long journey when you are really tired.
Enjoyed your blogโฆ.. you really looked very tiredโฆ. Get some needed rest look forward to seeing Japan very muchโฆ.
๐
Research before you go.
Google map would help.
Welcome to Japan !
Don't worry, I'm Japanese and I've lived in Tokyo for 5 years and I also get lost frequently in Tokyo lol

In Japan,it is elderly person and travelers who buy transportation tickets, using SUICA and PASMO saves times and change, which is very convenient because it can be used for most grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and taxi fares!
Pocket Wi-Fi is hands down better than sim cards
Japanese are so helpful people so if you have any trouble in your travel, just don't hesitate ask anyone even if they're fluent in english they will definitely give you help no matter what.
Bruh is is not cheaper to take a taxi into the city. Itโs 100 plus usd. Please anyone that sees this comment. YouTube before coming to Japan. I speak zero Japanese. All you need is google translate, maps and pocket Wi-Fi.
Budapest to Tokyo, two of my favourite cities ๐ I bet the ramen was amazing after the long flight!
I am Japanese. I've only been to Tokyo a few times, so I know how it feels to get lost. I wanted to jump out of the screen and help him.If you have a problem, ask Japanese people around you and they might be able to help you. I hope you can make good memories in Japan.
Being lost is often the result of lack of planning and preparing for the trip.
There is google map, there are websites which have pictures and floor plan of train stations, and there are YouTube channels which provide walkthrough of traveling from one area to another.
Good Good , good video I enjoyed to watching your nice video . thank you. especially when you were drinking a glass of cold beer, it was seemed that this beer was very tasty. that scene was best one to me. OK next video I am looking forward. try to find some funny and interested scene while you are being in Japan. see you next.
I suggest you that if you have time , maybe watch some other YouTuber vlog to learn more about Japan , it was very useful for foreigner to visit the countries. Hope you enjoy the trip in Japan
Ramen Street is located farthest from the Narita Express exit. And Marunouchi Line is on the Narita Express side. It can't be helped if you want to go to Ramen Street.
And finally, you boarded a train in the opposite direction at Shinjuku station. The station staff should be kind enough to tell you what to do, so don't hesitate.
Woof! My head is spinning just watching your video. I canโt imagine what you must have felt. Thanks YouTube analytics for suggesting your channel๐๐๐๐ปโ๏ธ๐ค
Japan will drive normal people crazy with their animated electronic nonsense. The people suffer from a lot of venereal disease.
lol, Tokyo Station is a maze within a labyrinth. It needs tour guides. Want to save time? Fly into Haneda!
When I came to Tokyo for the very first time, it was terribly confusing. But basically, if you finally understand the system of public transport, you will understand it in every city. Because it is always the same, makes it much easier to find your way around.
โThis is all very foreign to me, in the best way possibleโ Amen brother! The reason why I love Japan.
Thank you for advice ๐
The NEX ticket tells you the car and seat number in English. The train only goes two directions, pick the destination and get on the train going that way. It's simple.
You can take bus from Narita and it's cheaper and you have your own seat and if you have lots of bags or little bags, it's good
maybe you should get a SUICA card , if you often get on trains in Japan. A very good explanation of the traffic IC card system SUICA and PASMO by the youtube cannel " one good dream "๐๐ฃ๐

How long are you staying in Japan?
Love the videos. Best parts are when you look way lost ๐๐. Im so looking forward to visit japan as a solo backpacker myself this coming march. I know im going to be lost as well ๐๐๐๐
JR is not a public railway, it is a private railway that used to be the national railway (JNR). One problem that you have right now is that you arrived so late into Narita, with the hour long ride, stores are probably closing for the night near 10 pm. Major stations in Japan are part mall, part food court, and crowded.
Trains do not really run much after midnight in the subway, let alone JR.
Pocket wifi is great in Japan and the speeds are very fast. Japan is also very much a cash based country. It has increased in credit card usable locations in 30 years, but any temple, park or shrine does usually take credit cards. In 2019 some taxis in Kyoto were still cash only. Plus with many restaurants like one in this video, you have a vending machine, but need to use cash or IC card (in stations). Also with the IC cards (Pasmo or Suica) you have to pay cash to add value to the card. Actually you could have taken the Narita Express to Shinjuku to then transfer to Sasazuka. Shinjuku is a massive station and could have made you get really lost finding the Toei Shinjuku Line.
