The 5:46AM daily Ex-Bathurst Bullet departs everyday from Monday to Friday. Weekend Ex-Bathurst services also serve but at a different time. The expected journey time would take 3:41 hours but due to severe weather caused from a massive hailstorm the previous day, the train copped a very slow run between Lithgow and Bell, and smaller delays caused by other trains along the journey, totalling 46 minutes in total.
Anyhow, for those who never go past Lithgow (let alone Katoomba), the views are very picturesque, with historic buildings placed along the line. There are also farms west of Lithgow which you can see on the train.
There was an update on DVA 5 which caused a failure to start so DVA 5 currently doesn’t work on the computer so there is no announcment for this video
