Shibuya area in Tokyo turned into a crazy street party. I made this video to show how Japan does their Halloween festivities. Adults celebrate the holiday more than the kids. People dress up in outfits similar to Burning Man. Everyone is drunk except for the police on duty. You actually can not tell who is who when it comes to law enforcement. It was one of the craziest parties I have ever been to in my life. The atmosphere was more friendly and open than most nights at Burning Man.
